I chose to talk about viscosity because when the question why were honey and tea flowing differently came to my mind my first instinct was to ask the people around me and oddly no one knew why specifically. So I made it my job- as a science enthusiast- to search for the answer and my purpose to explain it in the most simplified way and spread it. I also chose it because it is something that is seen every day and yet it goes unnoticed. There’s a beauty and grandeur in scientific concepts that hide in plain sight and it was that magnificence that drew me into this subject.
