I chose the subject of gel electrophoresis because I want people to actually get to know the wonders and properties of their genetic code, AKA their DNA, that helped save many lives, by using an awesome technique that combines biology and technology. And, in the mean time, I thought that this subject is one of those in which I could tell a thrilling story about it.
